Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders at this time.
Delivery timeline

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@citauscn.shop as soon as possible — we can usually fix it before the order ships. Once shipped, a parcel cannot be redirected. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment ($5.95) or a refund of the merchandise total.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or never arrives — we replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
